For me, adding hand-lettering or light illustration to any design job will automatically make it look more unique, more special, and more personalized. And more is more, right? (It is in my book.) I’ve been including these hand-drawn elements into my designs for years and as I’ve grown and learned, I’ve found that it attracts more and more people. Hand-lettering and illustrations work well on most things: posters, signage, place cards, menus, murals, even branding, and graphic design! So if you’re ready for that more personal look, let’s chat.

Once we’ve introduced ourselves, we’ll talk over the phone or Zoom (whichever you prefer!) and chat about your design needs, what you’re looking for in a designer, and I can offer advice on how I recommend we proceed. Following this call, I’ll send you a questionnaire for you to fill out with all of the nitty-gritty details.
When we’ve agreed on your package, I’ll send you an invoice for the first 50%. Once it is paid, I’ll set to work on a mood board and strategy for your visual identity. This will give you a taste of the colors, fonts, and style I think would best suit you and your needs. This should give you a feeling as to how your project will feel.
Once we’ve settled on a direction, I’ll take your mood board and get to the fun part, design! I’ll put 2-3 concepts together and present them to you over Zoom. If you are in love, we’ll move to the final step. If you have a few changes, this is when we perfect the details.
Once a final design is approved, I’ll get to work on your final production files or send them off to the printers. I’ll pass you everything you’ll need to print or upload your designs and you can finally share your new project with the world! Confetti will be necessary.
