Designer-turned-manager, brand enthusiast, professional problem solver, and occasional spreadsheet enjoyer (I know, I know).
For the last 15 years, I've built brands, led creative projects, and helped turn big, messy ideas into things people can actually understand. These days, I spend less time designing brands and more time leading teams, building creative processes, and helping talented people do their best work.
Basically, my career got a makeover. Think The Devil Wears Prada or The Princess Diaries. (Wow, Annie really do be in a lot of makeover movies…)
And yes, this website is currently getting a makeover too.
The short version? I'm no longer taking freelance branding clients.
The slightly longer version? After years of running a design business alongside my full-time career, I've decided to hang up my freelance hat and focus on the parts of the work I love most: creative leadership, mentoring designers, building brands from the ground up, and figuring out how to make creative teams thrive.
It's been a surprisingly natural evolution.
Turns out my favorite design project was never the brand, it was always the people.
Curious what I'm working on these days?
